To order a custom guitar, visit the Custom Orders page, where you can fill out a form detailing your preferences, such as body wood, pickups, and finish. After submitting your form, I’ll contact you to confirm the details and provide a quote.

2. What is the lead time for a custom build?
The lead time for a custom guitar depends on the complexity of your design. On average, builds take 8-12 weeks to complete. However, due to high demand, there is currently a waiting time of approximately 6 months before I can start your build. Once your order is confirmed, I’ll provide a detailed timeline.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship Earthly Guitars worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by destination, and I ensure every guitar is securely packaged to arrive safely. TAX, VAT, and Customs fees that may apply in your country are your responsibility and should be paid by you.

4. Can I try the guitars before purchasing?
If you're near my workshop, I’d be happy to schedule a visit for you to try out a model. Otherwise, I provide detailed demos and sound clips to help you make an informed decision.

5. Do you offer warranties on your guitars?
Every Earthly Guitar comes with a lifetime warranty against craftsmanship defects. This warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or modifications made by third parties.

6. Can I make changes to my custom order after it’s placed?
You can request changes within the first 7 days of placing your order. After this, adjustments may not be possible due to the production schedule.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept bank transfers. For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the balance due upon completion.

8. Do you offer installment payment plans?
Yes, installment payment plans are available for custom builds. Please contact me to discuss the details and terms.

9. What pickups and hardware do you use?
I hand-wind pickups in-house to ensure the perfect tone. Hardware is sourced from trusted brands, but I also accommodate specific requests if you have a preference.

10. How do I care for my Earthly Guitar?
To keep your guitar in top shape, avoid extreme temperature and humidity changes, clean it regularly with a soft cloth, and store it in its case when not in use. Feel free to contact me for additional maintenance tips!

11. Can I return or exchange a guitar?
For custom builds, returns and exchanges are not possible as they are made to your specifications. However, ready-to-ship guitars can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
